We strongly recommend long pants, or leggings and long socks to make your race comfortable and provide protection. Running or hiking shoes are sufficient to attempt the course. No open shoes will be allowed. Keep clothing light, as you are guaranteed to warm up during the course.
GoPros or similar devices may be worn, however, we take no responsibility if they are lost during your course. We advise you to secure the device during water or mud obstacles.
As you will get dirty and wet bring a towel and change of clothes for after.
