Highly recommend these guys. 1. They absolutely know their stuff. 2. They can tailor a package for you to achieve your fitness goals. 3. The group sessions are awesome. 4. Their XLR8 obstacle course is an ABSOLUTE must do. Definitely challenge yourself for the short course (or longer if you are up for it). 100% these guys are the genuine article and to top of off, awesome people as well.
