This is a 10 weeks fitness program for all teens between 13 - 19 years old and includes: assault course, bootcamp style training, rope climbing, rock climbing, log races, and gym workouts including Boxercise, under the guidance of a certified PT!
The program is $200 for the entire term.
There is no program for teens like this with indoor and outdoor sessions in the gym and on the obstacle course. You do not want to miss this unique fitness program! -

This fitness program is a fun-packed, dynamic, motivational indoor exercise class. We work with the kids on the boxing bags, the stand-up boxing dummy, the punch mitts, speed bags, perform self defensive drills, go in the gym and the kids even get to go on the obstacle course as part of the session.
From self defence to self confidence! We provide the gloves. No physical contact. Ages 7 - 12yo
