Are you ready for the XLR8 Assault Course?

  • What is the minimum age that I can enter?
  • It depends if it is an event or private booking. A private booking can be from as young as 3 years old and goes up to those still able to climb, jump, run and crawl. For the events; as we run separate kids, adults and team events please read and follow the instructions on the age limitations of every particular event.

  • How do I register?
  • For all our events the only way to enter is through registering on the website. For your private bookings you can either complete the booking form on our website or email us directly so we will then email you the booking form.

  • How do I know I am registered?
  • You will receive a confirmation email, including your ticket, once you have successfully completed the registration process. Please show your ticket on the day at the registration table via paper copy or your mobile device.

  • Can I get a refund after paying?
  • No. Only transfers can be made to another XLR8 event for the same person or a transfer can be made into another competitor’s name. For each person a transfer fee will be charged of $20 prior to completion of the transfer.

  • What about if I’m injured and can’t get a replacement, can I get a refund?
  • We cannot assess people’s injuries and therefore do not offer a refund. We encourage you to come along as a spectator to the event. You can transfer to another person to take your registration. A transfer fee of $20 will be charged.

  • Once registered, can I switch my event to an event in the future?
  • Yes and No. Once the event is sold out we are unable to transfer you to another event as the event registration was officially closed off from the moment the last ticket was taken. If your request to transfer has been received 2 weeks prior to the event and the event registration is still open you may switch to another event (if places on that event are available). For each person there will be a $20 transfer fee. Please email us to request transfer and to confirm availability.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver to participate?
  • Yes, all participants will need to read and acknowledge the XLR8 Terms and Conditions during the registration process. For a private party or event, the organizer will have signed and acknowledged XLR8’s Terms and Conditions via the booking process.  Each participant is required to sign and acknowledge XLR8’s Waiver form. For every participant under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will sign and acknowledge XLR8’s Waiver form.

  • How fit do I need to be to participate?
  • XLR8 encourages participants of all fitness levels. Although the course is designed to test you both physically and mentally you might want to race, run or walk it and that will all be cheered on. You may conquer all obstacles or you maybe only attempt some obstacles. For those racers who like to compete against others or against their own best, you will need some endurance to complete the course and get the best out of yourself.

  • The event is full or the desired date for my personal event is no longer available?
  • If the event is sold out or your desired dates is no longer available, simply register for the next upcoming event or contact us directly if you are part of a team registration.
